How do I access a pre-sale?

I didn’t receive a pre-sale link

Are you a member? If not, sign up now. If so, check your junk folder, it might’ve gotten lost in cyberspace and ended up in the wrong folder!


Who is supporting at the show I’m going to?

Please check our Facebook page where the event will be listed and if there is a support, their details will be included. Or, please check the artists tour page on our site.


What are the stage times?

Stage times vary for each act. Please check the Facebook page for each act where the stage times will be detailed.


I bought tickets via Viagogo, will I be able to get into the show?

If a ticket is not purchased through our authorised ticketing company for the show, we cannot guarantee entry will be granted. Any purchase made through an unauthorised company is at your own risk. We strongly caution against buying tickets from Viagogo or other unauthorised resellers as they may inflate the ticket price and are frequented by fraudulent scalpers. Your ticket may not grant you entry. Ticket agencies linked from bluesfesttouring.com.au are authorised and authentic.


I need wheelchair access to the venue. Is it the venue accessible?
